Hair (color/length): short, sometimes spikey, dirty blond and slightly lighter on the tips.
Eyes: Blue/Grey
Height: 6’2”
Other: Nice looking man with a polite smile. He’s tall, but not overly, and he stays in shape as best he can. He’s generally clean shaven, but not always, and at work he wears a nice looking suit usually not with a tie (unless he has to, then he will). Outside of work, jeans or khaki pants with a tee-shirt (long sleeve whenever he can help it). Leiter is left-handed and keeps his right hand in his pocket most of the time. He also walks with a limp, favoring his left leg. Occasionally, he walks with a cane.

Brief Educational/Employment Background:
Leiter went to the University of Texas in Austin after high school. He played football for a few years, but didn’t really consider it to be a career choice, and didn’t pursue it. Instead, he graduated at 21 with a degree in history and a minor in law. He also studied French, but not for any degree, just as his general education. He went straight into the Marines as an officer after graduation. After 6 years of service, his second tour ended, and he was discharged honorably. From the Marines, he was accepted into the CIA, and after his training and probationary period, he was sent to be a field operative in France for 4 years. Leiter proved to be a valuable and effective agent in the field, he had a good feel for the job and an excellent intuition and constitution. After the 4 years abroad, he was brought back to the US. One year ago, while operating with the FBI and cooperatively with the British Secret Service in a case regarding gold smuggling, Leiter was attacked by a shark and lost both his right arm and his left leg. After a year’s recovery, Leiter was moved off of active duty, and to the New York office, where he was loaned to the DA’s office as an investigator.

Personality: Leiter is a personable man, polite and easy going. He may appear to be gullible, but he is quit intelligent and observant. He likes to laugh and has a good sense of humor, but despite his happy-go-lucky attitude, Leiter does have a darker side. He has been required to take human life before, he certainly knows how to defend himself. He doesn’t get mad easily, and he’s fairy tolerant, but even he reaches his limit. Leiter is also very loyal, and stands up for his friends readily.
Likes: open spaces, ice cream, rain, Fridays, football, dogs, guns, getting the job done, women, jazz/swing, cars
Dislikes: the cold, water, bad 80s music, car alarms, people that squish right up against you, jello, sweaty people and babies on airplanes, Mondays, hangovers
Quirks: Leiter used to be an avid smoker, especially while in Europe, but after his accident, he cut back, and now he makes use of lollipops, red ones being his favorite. He likes to play poker and he’s left handed. Leiter also likes to read and enjoys sci-fi.
Strengths: Leiter is very loyal, dedicated and determined. When he starts something, he wants to finish it. He is observant, and instinctive.
Weaknesses: His loyalty can be a problem, sometimes he’s too trusting, and it’s gotten him in trouble before. He can also be impulsive, and quick to trust his instincts, but mostly because they rarely let him down. He’s not fond of water, especially after his accident.

(Other: Because Felix is so different, or appears to be, in each movie, I’m going by the books, and what I’ve read so far, and adapting the character for my purposes. Because of this, I’ve chosen Connor Trinneer as an avatar for him, because that’s who I see him as. This character has been adapted to modern day, I am taking a few liberties with him, but ultimately, I don’t own him and I’m not making any profit)
